november BOTM poll is now open With the arrival of November, the new BOTM poll also shows up. This month, we're looking at 4 choices from 1990/91 and 1996. All are pretty good shows, so be sure to get your vote in today. The 4 options are: - Dec 6, 1990 - St Louis, MO, USA - Mar 20, 1991 - Helsinki, Finland - Jan 12, 1996 - Jurassic Rock (Greensboro, NC, USA) - Nov 30, 1996 - Hail Christchurch (Christchurch, New Zealand) For the two choices from 1996, I've put up both the opening and closing shows (not on purpose). The poll closes on November 15th, so be sure to get your votes in today. If you'd like to check out the track lists before you vote, check them out here.
november give-away The November Give-Away is open again and up for grabs is a copy of the pro shot concert from Detroit, MI, USA in 1983. It has excellent quality, and is really a great show from 1983, especially considering there weren't many filmed from that tour. Usual rules apply, so be sure to get your entries in up until November 21st when it closes!
past that, not much happening Aside from the new poll and give-away, there isn't much going on. Trading continues and I'm picking up some cool stuff, but I'll save that for the blog. There isn't much new to the site that you can see; I've been making some improvements on behind-the-scenes stuff to improve the quality of the site, and will be tweeking the forum a bit in hopes of speeding it up some. My other project is going very well, and I hope to let some more information out about it soon. I've had a few other things come up that are keeping me busy, but I'm still doing my best to keep on top of things on this site. I just renewed the URL for acdc-bootlegs.com, so in reality we're celebrating the site's 2 year birthday. It's come a long ways in those 2 years, and I can only hope it will continue to grow for the next 2 years. Thanks to all of the Riff Raff for taking part in it.
Get your votes in today, and don't forget about the Soap Box in the voting section.
